A New England native, Danielle was born on a Hindu ashram to American parents and works from a lens that bridges Eastern philosophy and Western mythologies. As a multidisciplinary artist, she is an avid classical singer, composer, and designer with a particular focus on collaborative engagement with poets, dancers, and visual artists. Danielle’s creative interests explore the transcendent, spiritual function in performance, and the rituals of adornment in design. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Vogue, Elle, InStyle, The Huffington Post, Opera News, C Magazine, and on The Today Show and NPR.
