Starting Treatment Is
Simpler Than You Think

Our admissions process is built to be straightforward — a conversation about where you are and what you need, with no pressure and no obligation. Most people start within a few days of first calling.

How It Works

The admissions process at Inneractions

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you call. Our admissions team will walk you through each step.

1

Call or reach out

One conversation — no forms, no commitment. You talk to a real person on our admissions team who will answer your questions and get a sense of your situation. Available 7 days a week.

2

Insurance verification

We’ll verify your insurance benefits — at no cost to you — and explain exactly what your plan covers before you make any decisions. Most PPO plans cover IOP and PHP at Inneractions.

3

Clinical assessment

A brief assessment with a licensed clinician to understand your history, your goals, and what level of care makes the most clinical sense — IOP, PHP, or Virtual IOP.

4

Start treatment

Once placement and insurance are confirmed, you’re scheduled. Most people start within days. Your treatment team meets you on day one with an individualized plan already in place.

Common Questions

Admissions FAQ

How quickly can I start treatment?

Most people start within a few days of their first call. Insurance verification typically takes 24–48 hours. Once that’s complete and a clinical assessment is done, you’re scheduled.

What if I don’t have insurance?

Call and we’ll discuss what options are available. Our admissions team can walk you through alternative funding and help you understand what’s possible.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can call directly. If a provider or family member is reaching out on your behalf, we can coordinate with them as well.

Is the admissions call confidential?

Yes. All calls to our admissions team are confidential. We do not share information about your inquiry with employers, family members, or anyone else without your consent.
