Rachel Sillman

Rachel Sillman is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR Therapist at Inneractions and received her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She is also a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor and has taught meditation classes and workshops at international retreats around the world, including in downtown Los Angeles. Rachel approaches working with clients through a trauma-focused lens and utilizes her background in mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in session to help reduce trauma-related stress, anxiety, and depression. She works with client’s to address underlying causes behind their substance-use and other mental health challenges and equips them with appropriate coping skills and understanding to learn how to self-soothe and reconnect to themselves in a healthier way. In addition, she also specializes in bereavement and grief processing. Rachel works as both an individual and family therapist, as well as a group facilitator within our program.
